Read carefully before placing your commission as failing to acknowledge or abide by these guidelines will lead to a void transaction and cancellation of your commission.

General

I specialize in an anime-like style with anthros/furries, ponies, and feral creatures (such as Pokemon or Warrior Cats).I am not proficient in complex bgs, mecha, or heavily armored characters.You have to be 18+ to place a commission with me.I am currently unable to work on my art full-time. I am a senior level nursing student attending courses and clinical hours as I finish my education. Please keep in mind that I will require some time to work on your commission.Generally speaking, icons are not extremely complicated to finish for me so there are instances where I’ll be able to finish them under the one month time limit (usually 2-3 weeks max, if not quicker)If you have been waiting a longer time than intended and want updates and/or reassurances, you are welcome to send me a private message! If I ever have problems with your art that require more time, I will notify you.Payment is expected in full, in advance. PayPal or CashApp in USD only.If I am ever uncomfortable with a request I reserve the right to turn down any work for any reason. If paid, any cancelled commissions will be issued a refund in full.When you place a commission, please be clear and precise in what you’re looking for. It’s your responsibility to keep an up-to-date reference sheet.

Commission Process

You can commission me by contacting me directly via Discord (@blushcolors)

Please have a reference sheet or some sort of reference ready when you place your commission, along with any other refs or additional images, or requests such as pose, expression, etc.If I accept your commission, I will contact you back on Discord along with requesting the payment either on PayPal or CashApp. If I don't receive a response or payment in a timely manner I will consider the slot abandoned and remove you from the queue.I will send you a WIP sketch ASAP after I receive the payment. Keep in mind:
- Major changes can be made during the sketch process only.
- Please be sure to make any additional requests or changes during this time (pose, props, features)
- After you accept the sketch there will be no room for major changes without additional charges.The exception, of course, is fixing mistakes on the artist's side later in the process (Such as if I were to misinterpret the design or miss anything that was clearly stated in the commission form!)You may ask for updates or WIPs at any time! Please be respectful.If you want to make changes or add detail to a finished commission, you can pay an additional fee of 30% the total cost (i.e., adding a background, changing shading, changing features or assets)You will be given a high resolution PNG file as well as a smaller, upload-friendly PNG file (and the .clip file if requested) once the commission is finished. It’s your own responsibility to download and archive these for your own use.

Copyright and Licensing

I maintain right to all work I create in any digital, traditional or print form.My art may be used for both personal and public use, such as on social media (YouTube, FurAffinity, ToyHouse, etc.). This also includes if you want to use commissioned work for something such as an album cover, for example. The client may upload and share their commission ANYWHERE as long as credit is given to the artist.If you do not want your piece to be included in any promotional material (such as uploaded to my own social media) you can request to be exempt from this when placing your commission.The client may modify or color their commission, as long as it’s respectful to the original piece and credit is given.

Refund Information

The client is responsible for their own financial situation. I do not issue refunds for the client's failure to manage personal finances or obligations.I am willing to work with clients if they are unhappy with their service or product.Please do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me beforehand as you will be blacklisted.Termination after work has begun:If your commission is terminated and refunded, all rights to the supplied artwork returns to me as the artist to use as I please.If work has begun, the client is subject to a partial (50%) refund up to the lining and coloring stage.Past this stage, (such as shading and further detail) refunds are no longer eligible, but can be negotiated on an individual basis for exceptions.When the artwork is paid off and completed, refunds are no longer negotiable.

Finished digital icons are rendered as both 3000x3000 pixels and 100x100 pixels to help with the FA dimension limit. Always consider that on the smaller file, things won't always be as clear.Simple backgrounds are included (plain color, gradient, simple effects, simple background elements such as clouds/silhouetted trees etc. As always, any details and/or further questions can be asked to me in private.)I can do matching/linked icons!You hold full responsibility for the references and info you send me and choosing of the poses/expressions. This counts both for your personal icons AND for icons of characters that don’t belong to you (in the case of matching icons or gifts).
